Website purpose and membership requests
This website introduces Velvet Oak and allows women to request membership or propose an experience. A request is not an acceptance, reservation, paid membership or contract. Membership begins only after a written invitation, acceptance of a separate membership agreement and any required payment.
Eligibility and discretion
You agree to provide accurate information and use this website lawfully. Velvet Oak may accept, waitlist or decline requests at its discretion, consistent with applicable law. Do not impersonate another person, interfere with the website or collect or distribute private member information without permission.
Membership and experiences
Membership pricing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, guest privileges, conduct expectations and experience-specific conditions will be provided separately. Some experiences may require additional payment, eligibility, releases or waivers. Participation is voluntary and may involve ordinary travel, activity, venue and social risks.

The Velvet Oak name, marks, website design, copy and original materials are owned by or licensed to Velvet Oak. You may view them for personal, noncommercial use. You may not copy, publish, sell, modify or create confusingly similar branded materials without written permission.
Your submissions
You give Velvet Oak permission to use information you submit to review your request, respond to you, understand prospective members and plan programming. Experience proposals may be evaluated, adapted or declined without compensation or confidentiality obligations. Do not submit another party’s confidential or proprietary information.
