Dr. Osa Woghiren, PharmD, is a global safety leader, community builder and lifelong believer in the value of a full life.
Her career has been shaped by science, leadership, global collaboration and demanding seasons in which achievement asked nearly everything else to wait. That lived experience sharpened a simple belief: accomplishment should expand a life rather than consume it.
Like many of the women she hopes to gather, Osa knows the pull of ambition—and the quiet cost of postponing friendship, culture, beauty, play, exploration and rest.
She created Velvet Oak for ambitious women who are still curious: women who want meaningful leisure and genuine connection alongside the work they are proud to do and continue to build.
