Dr. Osa Woghiren
A full life is allowed to hold range.
Dr. Osa Woghiren is a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) working in the pharmaceutical industry, where her work spans patient safety, pharmacovigilance, safety governance and global collaboration.
Her professional life has been shaped by clinical foundations, science, leadership and the responsibility of helping complex systems work more thoughtfully for people. Passionately ambitious and high-achieving, she has also navigated burnout and missed social and leisure experiences in pursuit of academic and professional excellence. That journey has sharpened her belief that achievement should expand one’s life rather than consume it—and that a fuller life beyond work can support sustained excellence within it.
Like many of the women she hopes to gather, Osa knows the pull of ambition and the seasons when everything outside work is asked to wait.
She created Velvet Oak for ambitious women who are still curious: women who want beauty, privacy, play, culture and genuine connection alongside the work they are proud to do and continue to build.
